Ordering & MOQ
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs per style for custom/private label orders. For wholesale orders with our existing designs, MOQ starts at 100 pairs per style. We offer flexible MOQ options for first-time customers to help you test the market.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We highly recommend ordering samples to verify our quality. Sample orders typically include 5-10 pairs of different styles. Samples are delivered within 3 days, and the sample cost can be deducted from your first bulk order.
How do I place an order?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form with your requirements. Our team will guide you through style selection, packaging options, and pricing. Once details are confirmed, we'll send a proforma invoice for payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, PayPal (for sample orders and small quantities), and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions.

What types of eyelashes do you manufacture?
We manufacture a comprehensive range including: Strip Lashes (3D mink, faux mink, silk, magnetic), Individual & Cluster Lashes (single, segment, pre-made fans), Lower Lashes, Lash Extensions (classic, volume, mega volume), DIY Lash Kits, Lash Books & Sample Catalogs, and Eyelash Application Tools.
Can I customize the lash styles and designs?
Absolutely! We offer full OEM/ODM services. You can customize lash material (faux mink, silk, PBT), length (6mm-25mm), curl type (J, B, C, CC, D, DD, L), thickness (0.03mm-0.25mm), band color and material, and packaging design and branding.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes, private label is our specialty. We offer various packaging options: plastic trays with custom inserts, paper boxes with your logo, magnetic closure boxes, acrylic cases, and custom-designed packaging. Our design team can help create packaging that reflects your brand identity.
What materials are your lashes made from?
We use premium materials including: Korean PBT fibers (most popular, cruelty-free), Faux mink (soft, lightweight, matte finish), and Silk fibers (natural sheen, comfortable). All materials are hypoallergenic, waterproof, and durable.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Sample orders: 3-5 days. Small orders (500-2000 pairs): 10-15 days. Medium orders (2000-10000 pairs): 15-20 days. Large orders (10000+ pairs): 20-30 days. Custom packaging may add 5-7 days to the timeline.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer several shipping methods: Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 5-7 business days, Air freight: 10-15 business days, Sea freight: 30-45 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen method.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and throughout Europe and Asia.
Quality & Returns
What quality control measures do you have?
Our quality control process includes: raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, final product inspection (curl, length, band adhesion), packaging verification, and pre-shipment inspection. We maintain a defect rate below 0.5%.
What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind our products. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We offer replacement of defective products, partial or full refunds for verified issues, and re-shipment at our cost for our errors.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free. We use synthetic materials (PBT, faux mink, silk fibers) and never test on animals. We can provide cruelty-free certificates upon request.
Business Partnership
Do you offer dropshipping services?
Currently, we focus on B2B wholesale and private label manufacturing. We do not offer dropshipping services. Our MOQ is designed for businesses looking to build their own inventory and brand.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome factory visits! Our facility is located in Guangzhou, China. Please contact us to schedule a visit. We can also arrange video factory tours for international clients who cannot visit in person.
Do you have a distributor program?
